Who has time to do everything?! Work, family, friends, errands….. and also workout?!?!
Working out makes us feel better, releases the stress of our hectic lives, rebalances our bodies, releases toxins and improves our metabolism. Unfortunately sometimes it’s so difficult to carve out the time… and we end up stressing about that!
Here are few tips that can help you! On those days where you really can’t find the time and as a general habit to increase the level of your fitness and your health:
Walk everywhere you have to go when that is possible
Take the subway, instead of the cab: walking to the subway and taking the stairs down and up is a great exercise
If you have a dog and you walk him every morning, try to go down 10 minutes earlier and add some miles to your usual morning stroll
Unless your office is on the top of the Empire State Building take the stairs instead of the elevator!
If your office floor is too high, start taking the stairs for the first 4 floors and increase one level every week
